2024 Annual Meeting | ITS Tennessee

Welcome to Nashville! We are excited for you to join us in the Music City for our 2024 Annual Meeting hosted by Vanderbilt University Research and Innovation! This year's conference theme is IT+ITS: Information Technology Meets Intelligent Transportation and will take place May 15-17 and include keynote speakers, technical presentations, roundtables, and plenty of opportunities for networking with multiple social events and breaks. Conference Location

Most of the conference, including all presentations and the exhibit hall, will take place at the Vanderbilt University Student Life Center located at 310 25th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212. Thank you Vanderbilt University Research and Innovation for providing this great space for our event!

Thursday Night Social Announcement!

Discover an evening of fun and networking during the ITS TN Annual Meeting at The Band Box, First Horizon Park's vibrant outdoor bar. Overlooking right field in the shadow of the guitar scoreboard, this space also offers ping pong, cornhole, 9-hole mini-golf, and more. Enjoy a selection of craft beers, wine, liquors, and signature boozy slushes, along with dinner and snacks throughout. Don’t miss the social event on Thursday May 16 at 6:00pm after conference activities and the exhibitor happy hour conclude for the day.

Hotel

We have arranged a conference room block with the Holiday Inn Vanderbilt Hotel. Hotels in the heart of Nashville can be pricey, but we have negotiated a favorable hotel rate of $179 per night plus taxes, which is within the Government Rate Limit. Please note that the direct hotel link has closed, but we can transfer reserved rooms into your name from ITS TN. Golf Outing

Mini-golf isn’t just a children’s game — gather your team for the ITS TN mini-golf tournament before the kickoff of the Annual Meeting and compete for hole-in-one prizes, the tournament group trophy, and eternal bragging rights. SOAR Adventure Tower in Franklin will host the tournament on Wednesday May 15, with practice round 10-11am, tournament 11am-12:30pm, and free time to follow. Lunch will be catered on the patio after tournament play and drinks will be available throughout. Families are welcome to attend and join in the fun, as well.
